  • Open: 
    • Acknowledged - Pending Assignment

 

  • Waiting on Client: 
    • Actively gathering required documents from client or team.
    • Or waiting on specific documents to proceed.

 

  • Pending:
    • Case is prepared for submission, awaiting a second opinion for confirmation

 

  • Waiting for Third Party:
    • For when Jes/Heather/other is needed: Unable to proceed without required support or information from outside sources.

 

  • Resolved:
    • Case submitted; awaiting updates from VROL

 

  • Closed: 
    • Case closed with a successful outcome; the dispute was won.
    • Case closed due to lack of sufficient information.
    • Case closed with dispute accepted
    • Fees or Unrelated Item
    • Final update: Case closed with dispute decline with evidence submitted

 

  • Expired: 
    • When no action was taken within the timeframe available to dispute
